Each e-commerce website has a few KPIs that are the most valuable including click through rates, time spent on each web page, and of course, purchases.

To optimize webpage spacing, I decided to draw focus to the products by making sure the visitors would use as little clicks as possible to get the information and user flow needed to make a purchase or start a conversation with customer support.

I also identified usablility errors in the mobile design which I remedied by using the best design practices for mobile design related to clutter and poor navigation. The results were seen in an increase use of mobile purchases in as little as a few weeks after launch.
