I partnered with members of the Solutions team and the product marketing team to create an internal document generator for pre-filled contracts to increase productivity within the company.

After gathering user research, I created a group of priority notes, stating the design gaps and potential solutions. Next, I polished the design and collaborated with the development team to conduct a/b testing for final edits. The new document generator launched internally with some outstanding benefits, including a significant increase in productivity time and training.

While this increase in productivity began from the solutions team, the rest of the teams within the company were able also show an increase in meeting deadlines due to the time saved earlier in the product design process.
